As a Maintenance Team Lead, you’ll take ownership of plant reliability, lead a skilled team, and play a key role in maximizing uptime and operational excellence.If you thrive in fast-paced, high-tech environments and enjoy leading teams while staying hands-on—this is your opportunity.What You’ll DoLead & Optimize OperationsDrive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives across the plantImplement and enhance RCM, RCFA, and PMO strategiesMonitor KPIs like uptime, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and PM completionOwn Equipment ReliabilityOversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and robotic systemsEnsure peak performance of high-speed packaging linesLead troubleshooting efforts and minimize downtime through fast, effective repairsManage & Develop Your TeamLead, train, and mentor a team of 12–15 maintenance techniciansBuild a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementPartner cross-functionally with operations, quality, sanitation, and distributionDrive Continuous ImprovementApply Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and improve processesConduct root cause failure analysis to prevent recurring issuesChampion a “Zero Loss Mindset” and full team engagement What You BringTechnical ExpertiseStrong experience with mechanical, electrical, and automated systemsHands-on knowledge of TPM, RCM, RCFA, and preventive maintenance programsMechanical SkillsDeep understanding of gears, bearings, shafts, pneumatics, and rotating equipmentSkilled in diagnostics, alignment, and repair of motors, pumps, compressors, and gearboxesElectrical & Controls KnowledgeSolid foundation in AC/DC motors, power distribution, and control systemsExperience troubleshooting with multimeters, megohmmeters, and related toolsWorking knowledge of VFDs and PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley preferred)Familiarity with industrial robotics (FANUC, KUKA, ABB, UR is a plus) Qualifications3+ years of maintenance experience2+ years in a leadership or supervisory roleExperience with CMMS/EAM systemsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applicationsEnglish communication skills (written and verbal)Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Working EnvironmentMix of plant floor and office workExposure to machinery, heat/cold, noise, dust, and industrial environmentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed12-hour continental shifts, including weekends Why This Role?Competitive pay: $45–$50/hourLeadership opportunity in a cutting-edge facilityDirect impact on plant performance and efficiencyStrong culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement#LI-GM1
