Harsha Behavioral Center is currently hiring Full Time Cook. All applicants must be willing and able to work a weekend and holiday rotation. Role Summary · Ability to properly, and safely prepare and handle food items. · Ability to properly set up, prepare, and disassemble patient food trays. · Ability to properly and efficiently serve and deliver food to customers in the cafeteria and designated areas (e.g., meetings). · Ability to properly clean and sanitize food service areas and items. · Ability to display mature ethics and values. · Ability to deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers. · Ability to take action and seize opportunities. · Ability to maintain composure and manage stress. - Adhere to IN Board of Health regulations for handling food and sanitation. - Cook/bake as required and continuously sanitize work areas. - Follow JACHO, ISDH and USDA rules and regulations.
