Property Manager

We are looking for a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and financial performance of real estate properties in Greenville, South Carolina. This contract position focuses on ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with industry standards while maximizing property value.Responsibilities:• Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth functionality and tenant satisfaction.• Oversee rent collection processes, ensuring timely payments and minimizing delinquencies.• Coordinate property maintenance, including scheduling repairs and preventive maintenance to uphold property standards.• Develop and maintain budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring financial goals are met.• Establish strong relationships with tenants to address concerns and enhance occupancy rates.• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including HUD guidelines.• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.• Prepare detailed reports on property performance for owners and stakeholders.• Implement strategies to maximize property value and optimize operational efficiency.This will be a fully ONSITE 2-3 week assignment in Spartanburg SC. Must have property management experience.
