Technical Program Manager, Site Reliability Engineering

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to partner with leadership and engineers in scaling and improving a cloud platform supporting multiple products. Key responsibilities include: defining and managing program scope, milestones, and dependencies; leading change management and launch readiness; coordinating incident responses and cross-team efforts; designing scalable processes to enhance reliability and operational independence. Qualifications: 8+ years in technical program or engineering management, experience leading large-scale platform initiatives, strong knowledge of change management, reliability metrics, and data interpretation. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven attitude are essential.Preferred skills: experience with Kubernetes, cloud networking, observability tools, SRE collaboration, large-scale cloud infrastructure, or modern cloud databases.
