Job TypePart-timeDescriptionJoin 7 For All Mankind, the first company to bring premium denim to the market, putting L.A. on the map as the fashion authority on premium denim. 7 For All Mankind is the leader in denim innovation and after almost 20 years continues to be a force in the industry it brought to life, with innovation in fits and fabrics and exciting collaborations and partnerships. 7 For All Mankind offers competitive bonus programs and generous incentive programs along with the opportunity for career growth with our brand.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute flow of merchandise in and out of the stock areaProcess all merchandise shipments and immediately reports any discrepancies to the Store ManagerProperly fold or hang all merchandise in the stock areaMaintain constant awareness of merchandise replenishment needsEnsure all customer shipments are prepared and processed for deliveryHave complete knowledge of the store's merchandise, back of house and front of house layoutEnsure stock area is organized, including merchandise supplies and display materialsReplenishment of supplies as requested by managementAssist any cleaning or maintenance issues that occur on the sales floor or in the stock room as necessaryComplete all transfers, markdowns, and consolidations and ensure their accuracyBe aware of and understand the Management Team with inventory preparations and participate in the actual InventoryAssist visual directives and floorset processSupport visual team with store floorset as necessary based on needs to the storeRequired SkillsMinimum 1 year of related experience; retail experience preferredExcellent interpersonal skills leading a team environmentExcellent English communication - verbal and writtenExcellent time management/project skillsAbility to recognize and react to changing work demandsMust be able to work shift standing and walkingMust be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting receiving / stocking store functions.7 for All Mankind embraces the individuality of each and every employee.
