Fleet Manager / Lead Mechanic

ND Landscape Services is seeking an experiencedFleet Manager / Lead Mechanic to take ownership of our growing fleet of trucks,trailers, and landscape equipment. This is a hands-on leadership roleresponsible for keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and ready to supportlandscape construction, maintenance, and snow operations year-round.This position is ideal for a seasoned mechanic whoenjoys turning wrenches and leading people, systems, and standards.Position OverviewThe Fleet Manager/Lead Mechanic isresponsible for managing a fleet of approximately 60 vehicles andpieces of equipment, ensuring everything is tracked, maintained, repaired,compliant, and ready to perform.
