Position Overview The Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist will be responsible for evaluating patients, designing and fitting custom orthotic and prosthetic devices, and providing follow-up care to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to determine orthotic and prosthetic needs. Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust custom orthotic and prosthetic devices. Educate patients and caregivers on proper use and care of devices. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with industry standards and best practices. Participate in ongoing quality improvement and clinical development efforts. Qualifications ABC-certified Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) Eligible for or currently holding Florida licensure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach. Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
