Sales Associate - Fishing / Hardware

FISHING and HARDWARE EXPERIENCED RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE (Full- and Part-time Opportunities) Duties/Responsibilities: Greets and interacts with customers Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise Assist customers with local area and industry questions both in the store and by phone Ensure the store is neat, clean, and organized & merchandise is stocked and properly displayed Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Reliable with an excellent work ethic Ability to self-manage priorities and workload Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent sales and customer service skills Basic computer skills required Experience: 18 years and older Previous retail, sales, or customer service skills preferred Fishing and outdoor recreational experience is a plus but not required Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
