Title: Construction Project Manager Location: GeorgeTown TXPay Rate: $58/HRProcess change orders, review change ordersConstruction project managementManage all areas of project management for commercial data center projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.Interface directly with client to lead client MOP (Method of Procedure) process for scheduling any and all data center construction related activity.May ensure standard methodologies are followed for design and delivery of critical facility system components and equipment.Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process.Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.Must Have Skills:Need someone with mechanical and electrical backgroundWorked with Significant equipment8 years of experience- recent experience in mission critical facilityWorked for a construction manager or general contractorHigh level communication skills, key stakeholderNice to have skills:Data center experience would be nice to haveWorked for general contractorExperience with MVP Mechanical, engineering, plumbing, at least a year as a construction manager, general contractorYears of Experience:8 years of experienceEducationBachelor's Degree would be niceSoftware skills:MS Office Suite, MS Project, ExcelInterview Process:1st round and 2nd round with clientKindly share your resume with answers:Q1: How many years of exp do you have in Construction project managementQ2: How many year of exp in areas of project management for commercial data center projectsQ3: What was the size of Datacenter which you have constructedQ4: How far you live from Georgetown and how will you comute daily
