We are looking for someone who wants to be a trial lawyer.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role located in San Francisco, CA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice to clients, and representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death matters. Other duties include court appearances, trial participation, preparing cases for litigation, and negotiating settlements.QualificationsThe ability to effectively communicate with clientsProven skills in conducting thorough Legal Research and preparing accurate legal documentationKeen attention to detail and excellent analytical abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsJuris Doctor (JD) and membership in the state bar are requiredExperience in litigation is preferred but not mandatory
