This is a full-time, permanent leadership opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.The ideal candidate will bring a blend of clinical expertise and administrative leadership, with a strong commitment to community health and team development. You will oversee clinical operations, mentor providers, and ensure compliance with clinical standards while maintaining a part-time patient panel. Responsibilities Include: Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the medical staffEnsure high-quality, evidence-based care is delivered to all patientsCollaborate with administrative leadership on clinic operations and strategic planningParticipate in quality improvement initiativesMaintain a part-time clinical practice Schedule Details: Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule. No nights or weekends required.
