The PTA will work closely with physical therapists to provide therapeutic treatments and rehabilitation services for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and mobility-related conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist physical therapists in delivering rehabilitation treatments and therapy programs.Provide therapy for patients with orthopedic conditions, post-operative recovery, and sports-related injuries.Support treatment plans focused on balance training, fall prevention, and mobility improvement.Work with young athletes and active patients to support recovery and performance improvement.Monitor patient progress and report updates to the supervising physical therapist.Educate patients on exercise techniques and rehabilitation activities.Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of PTA experience required (2 years preferred).Experience working with orthopedic patients, young athletes, post-operative cases, and balance/fall rehabilitation.Ability to work in an outpatient rehab setting with a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio.First-time travelers accepted.About LanceSoftEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
