Registered Nurse (RN) - Day ShiftThis is a 13-week contract position.Day shifts, 3x12.0 hours.The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in maintaining the delivery of quality care by ensuring adherence to the nursing care plan. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees while fostering an environment of safety and professionalism.Responsibilities:Conduct nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission, developing individualized plans of care.Identify patient education needs and goals through collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.Provide timely patient information during team conferences and document assessments and interventions according to policy.Participate in patient rehabilitation within assigned units, implementing direct patient care strategies.Initiate discharge planning and patient education upon admission.Communicate changes in patient status to care providers to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.Train and supervise ancillary nursing personnel, delegating tasks appropriately.Contribute positively to the unit's functioning and participate in team-building activities.Maintain communication with management regarding service needs, supplies, and clinical training.Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed following the orientation period.Engage in professional growth through continuing education and self-study.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:BLS Certification is required prior to the first shift.ACLS certification is required prior to the first shift for specific locations.A minimum of two years of bedside clinical experience is highly desired.Why ARMStaffing?Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and moreOnboarding Made Easy: We handle physicals, titers, and more so you can focus on careClinical Support: In-house clinical team available to assist and advocate401k Retirement Plan: Eligible after waiting period; 4% match with 5% contributionRecruiter Matching: Get paired with a recruiter based on your location and specialtyExtras: Travel reimbursement, housing allowance, meals, referral bonuses, and moreWe're not the only ones who think ARMStaffing should be your first choice.
