Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma/GED. Six (6) years of experience in cleaning and sanitizing commercial facilities. Three (3) years of experience supervising a large staff. Licenses or Certifications  Must possess a valid state driver's license upon hire and obtain a valid Florida driver's license within thirty (30) days of hire or promotion. Key Responsibilities Oversees and inspects Custodial employees' assigned activities and areas to ensure and maintain a clean and safe workplace. Responds to public and employee concerns and makes corrections where necessary.  Assigns Custodial staff with weekly tasks in each building to monitor and schedule the coverage needed prior to any upcoming vacations, special cleaning requests, event or meeting setups, etc. Completes and schedules a calendar of meetings/events for Custodial staff assigned for the purpose of cleaning after each meeting/event has ended.
