Responds to personal financial planning clientinquiries for account information or initiates transactionsrequested by the client. Follows up with the client viathe telephone or through written correspondence. Researches and prepares materials (i.e. estateagreements, marketing updates) for client meetingsand presentations. Sets up files on new account documentationfor existing clients or new business prospects. Makes necessary arrangements for client meetingsinvolving travel, audio-visual aides, lunch/dinnerreservations, etc. Utilizes the computer to compile reports for clientmeetings and presentations. Submits account documents to the legal areaand external attorneys to obtain missing information,correct documents, clarify information, and resolveproblem situations. Performs special projects (i.e. coordinating reports,preparing account analysis and workflow reports) thatrequire responding to specific account inquiries andissues. Communicates with partner areas on all aspectsof a client relationship and initiates activity which fulfillsa partner''s or client''s needs. Attends meetings and classes to keep abreastof personal financial planning products and services.Knowledge :Knowledge of personal financial planningproducts and services usually acquired throughon the job training is required to perform clientinquiries. Knowledge of a variety of bank computerapplications (E-Mail, trust system, Focus) usuallyacquired through on the job training is requiredto compile reports. Organizational and personalcomputer skills are necessary to preparematerials for client meetings and presentations.Experience :1-3 years of related client servicing experience.Working With UsAs a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
