Lead UX Researcher

A company is looking for a Lead UX Researcher to shape product decisions and enhance user research practices. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX research studies across large, ambiguous problem spaces Develop a deep understanding of customers and guide the product roadmap based on insights Coach PMs and designers to conduct their own research and manage research operations systems Required Qualifications 5+ years of UX research experience Experience working closely with product and design teams Experience building collaborative research practices and mentoring others Proven track record of influencing product and strategic decisions Ability to scale research practices using AI tools while maintaining research integrity
