Seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Condo Desk Underwriter, the full-time remote position will review and assess condominium project documentation to ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines while collaborating with operations, sales, and underwriting teams. Key responsibilities include:Reviewing condo questionnaires, budgets, insurance, legal documents, and project approvals Partnering closely with operations, sales, and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate decisions Utilizing strong analytical skills to assess risk and compliance within the mortgage industryRequired qualifications:3+ years of previous condo project review experience Expert-level knowledge of condo project reviews and underwriting standards Strong understanding of risk assessment within the mortgage industry
