Is ok with the daily commute to our location/zip 30329 Able to work Monday – Friday 10-7 pm or 11-8 pm and sometimes on weekends, as needed Clear communication Supreme customer service skills Have 2+ years’ experience in HVAC and plumbing Be proficient and licensed in HVAC and/or plumbing Can pass a federal fingerprint screening Is vaccinated against COVID including the booster + yearly TB vaccination + yearly Flu vaccination Job Description The client is a nonprofit mental health residential treatment program for adults and adolescents in Atlanta, is seeking a Maintenance Technician Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent At least two years in a facilities maintenance role Ability to pass a criminal background check Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Transportation: Dependable transportation for traveling between campuses. Maintain personal automobile insurance with limits of liability of $100,000/$300,000 Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50+ pounds; ability to bend, stoop and twist; ability to crawl into small spaces; must be able to climb ladders, access roof hatches and work at heights of 10 feet and above: manual dexterity, visual acuity and effective hand-to-eye coordination are required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Experience level: 3 years Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work setting: In-person Ability to commute/relocate: Atlanta, GA 30303: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: HVAC: 3 years (Required) Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required) Maintenance Facility: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
