The ideal candidate will foster a positive, inclusive team culture that promotes growth, sportsmanship and excellence both on and off the court.Primary Responsibilities Assist in organizing and overseeing the Boys Basketball program, including practices, games, and team-building activities Promote a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all student-athletes Communicate effectively with players, parents/guardians, and other coaching staff Model integrity, accountability, and professionalism consistent with the mission and values of North High SchoolRequired Qualifications Experience in coaching Basketball or playing competitively Experience working with high school aged students Be available for practices and games 2:30 PM-10:00 PM during the season Strong human relation skills Knowledge of MSHSL rules and regulations Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills Understands education-based athleticsDesired Qualifications Previous high school coaching experience High school and college playing experienceAdditional CommentsQuestions?
