Job Description Shift Days/Times: Days/7am - 7:30pm Duration: Up to two years Qualifications: New York State license for Practical Nurse. Work Hours: 36 hours per week, no overtime Responsibilities: Observes, documents, and reports symptoms and responses to treatment. Provides treatment as directed under supervision. Provides direct nursing care. Gathers data for the registered nurses to us in the evaluation of patient needs. Identifies patient problems requiring nursing intervention. Participates in staff development activities. Provides medications as ordered to patients.
