Position SummaryNeuroBloom Behavioral Health is seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA team. The RBT works directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that promote skill-building, communication, and independence. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settingsImplement behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBACollect accurate data on client progress and behavior goalsAssist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skillsMaintain professional and positive relationships with clients and familiesFollow ethical guidelines and company policies at all timesAttend ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skillsAbility to pass background checks and meet state certification requirements RBT Certification SupportNo RBT certification yet? No problem!NeuroBloom Behavioral Health can provide and sponsor the required 40-hour training course to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician.
