## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a passion for childhood development. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. ## Responsibilities - Educate and engage children in age-appropriate activities - Provide basic care such as feeding, diapering, and supervising playtime - Implement daily routines and schedules to promote consistency - Foster a positive and supportive learning environment - Monitor children's behavior and development - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress ## Requirements - Experience working with students or children in any capacity - Knowledge of childhood development principles - Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus - Ability to manage a classroom or group of children effectively - Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and special education practices Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.26 - $18.97 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Schedule: 10 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience: Babysitting: 2 years (Required) Childcare: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Portland, OR (Required) Ability to Relocate: Portland, OR: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
