This individual shapes the tone, creativity, and consistency of the Cuvée Bar program while delivering warm, refined, and approachable hospitality. This is not a transactional bartending role. This is a hospitality-driven position. The ideal candidate brings elevated mixology experience, prior success in upscale restaurant environments, and the ability to mentor a team while executing at a high level during peak season.Key Responsibilities:Beverage ProgramExecution of the Cuvée cocktail program with consistency and precisionDevelop seasonal cocktail features aligned with coastal and Mediterranean influencesEnsure alignment between the bar program and the wine-forward identity of Cuvée BistroMaintain recipe standards, costing awareness, and product integritySupport menu evolution in collaboration with leadershipMixology & CraftExecute classic and contemporary cocktails with technical excellenceUtilize fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, and thoughtful garnishesDemonstrate strong understanding of: Classic cocktail families; Modern mixology techniques; Spirits and liqueurs; Wine fundamentals and pairingsDeliver champagne and wine service confidentlyGuest Experience & HospitalityCreate an inviting, energetic yet refined bar atmosphereEngage guests in confident, conversational serviceEducate guests on beverage selections without being intimidatingBuild relationships with repeat local and hotel guestsSet the tone for “quality without formality”Operational ExcellenceOversee bar organization, prep, and cleanlinessAssist with inventory control and orderingEnsure compliance with all alcohol service regulationsMaintain high Forbes-level presentation standards(Please note: We do not sponsor or employ individuals for this position who are employed under another location’s H-2B visa program.
