Manufacturing Assembly Associate - 1st Shift; 4 - 10's M-TH

Compensation Explanation: All employees at VSI are eligible for our quarterly profit sharing bonus. Every three months staff receive this bonus based on company performance. Starting pay is at or above $18/hour + quarterly bonus (average $1000 or more every 3 months) Who we are: Vehicle Security Innovators, LLC creates custom security solutions for the transportation industry. Our largest customers are Semi Truck manufactures. VSI supplies these truck manufactures with locks and keys for their heavy trucks. Other customers are After Market consumers where we build custom security features for light trucks and 4x4's. Some examples include replacement tailgate locks and vehicle lock boxes. In this position you will work on one of our various production lines. You will rotate to different stations during the day to manually assemble these locking mechanisms.
