Job Description Master&#39;s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Mesquite, Texas, focusing on supporting students primarily in kindergarten through fifth grade within a dynamic school district. This contract position offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site visits with the flexibility of remote work one day per week.Key Responsibilities:Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy as part of the districts evaluation team.Work itinerantly across multiple campuses with a base at the Student Support Center.Utilize district resources, including test kits, technology, and communication tools to support student needs.Document and write reports during remote workdays to ensure timely and accurate student progress tracking.Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans.Qualifications:Active Texas SLP license required.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.Experience working with early childhood (K-5) student populations preferred.Ability to manage an itinerant caseload effectively.Strong evaluation and reporting skills.Location: Mesquite, TexasSchedule: Up to 30 hours per week, hybrid schedule with predominantly on-site responsibilities.Duration: Immediate start through May 28, 2026.This role provides access to district resources and the opportunity to contribute significantly to student development within a supportive educational environment.
