Responsibilities:Service Excellence: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages across the Grille Room, Member's Patio, Pool, Halfway House, Bocce courts, and various banquet events.Member Engagement: Anticipate members' needs, respond promptly, and interact with guests and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner.Inventory Management: Oversee and restock liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies across multiple service areas.Order Accuracy: Take food and beverage orders and correctly enter them into the POS system for timely delivery.Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong working knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers (including drafts and bottles).Operational Standards: Complete all opening, running, and closing side work while maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized service area. Qualifications:Legal Age: Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages. Experience: Prior bartending experience is preferred but not required-we will train the right personality!
