The start date is June 2026 for this 6+ month contract position.Job Title: Change Management Consultant (Salesforce Revenue Management / Quote-to-Cash)Location-Type: RemoteStart Date Is: ASAPDuration: 6+ month contract (strong possibility of extension and potential conversion)Compensation Range: $50-$53/hour W2Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401KMust be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.Job Description:Seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead organizational readiness, user adoption, training, and communication efforts for a global Salesforce Revenue Management / Quote-to-Cash transformation initiative.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end change management activities for a Salesforce Revenue Management implementationDevelop and execute communication, training, and adoption strategiesPartner with implementation teams and internal stakeholders to drive organizational readinessBuild scalable change management best practices and processes from the ground upCreate training materials, communications, user guides, and enablement artifactsSupport global user groups across sales, finance, order management, and fulfillment teamsTranslate technical system and process changes into business-friendly messaging and trainingTrack adoption metrics, effectiveness, and change readiness across impacted teamsDrive stakeholder engagement and user buy-in throughout the implementation lifecycleCollaborate cross-functionally across multiple workstreams and program teamsEstablish measurable KPIs and data-driven success metrics for change initiativesConduct organizational readiness assessments and identify adoption risks across regions and teamsTrain users directly on new lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash workflows and processesMinimum Requirements:5+ years of enterprise change management experienceStrong experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, ARM, or Quote-to-Cash transformationsDeep understanding of lead-to-cash / quote-to-cash business processesExperience supporting enterprise system implementationsProven ability to build and execute change management strategies at the strategic levelHands-on experience delivering user training and enablementStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and enablement teamsAbility to translate technical processes into end-user training and communicationsExperience creating measurable adoption metrics and tracking outcomesExperience managing global change initiatives across multiple regions and time zonesComfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM)Background partnering with RevOps or Sales Enablement teamsExperience building change management infrastructure in low-process-maturity environmentsPrior experience supporting large-scale global Salesforce implementations
