The Divisional Vice-President of Finance is a key member of the Divisional Steering Group(DSG), providing financial leadership, insightful and educated guidance to help drive the company'sgrowth and profitability. This role requires a thorough understanding of finance and a passion fordriving the optimum performance of a business for the long term. The position reports to thePresident of the company.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Executive LeadershipAs a key member of DSG, provide financial leadership to shape and articulate the organization'sstrategic plan.- Act as a strategic partner to DSG, providing financial reports and analysis to guide data driven decision making at all levels.- Lead M&A strategies and tactical steering of M&A related activities.- Coordinate all legal topics for the business.Finance Team ManagementOversee and direct the finance teams, consisting of Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Fixed Assets and Credit, across four countries.- Provide leadership to and subsequently lead the forecasting and budget process in partnership with DSG, from Strategy to Operational steering.- Provide impactful financial reporting and analysis to all levels of the organization to facilitatetimely & fact/data base decisions- Ensure the scalable accounting and control processes with clearly defined roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment- Ensure the conformity and compliance of legal statutory reporting of legal entities supervised in all countries where we operate.- Leverage the digital enterprise architecture to support simplification and efficiency of financial and steering processes, hand in hand with the ISIT digital transformation teams- Develop and mentor talent within the Finance global organization for better engagement andoptimum employee experience.Risk Management and Compliance Leadership- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile globally.- Provide leadership on global compliance programs and activities.Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with an MBA preferred.- CMA or CPA certification is a plus.- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive and leadership experience in a strategic financialleadership role.- Global manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.- M&A experience is highly preferred.- Strong leadership record with demonstrated excellence at building and engaging a high-performing team while being a leader among peersEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
