Precision Pumping Systems has been a local and family-owned manufacturing business since 1972. To continue our growth, PPS is looking to increase our labor force to keep up with production demands from the sales of our increasingly popular motor control panels. We are searching for talented individuals to join our pump station assembly teams!What We Offer✅ Competitive pay✅ Medical, dental, vision, life insurance✅ 401(k) Safe Harbor retirement account (after 1 year)✅ (7) Paid holidays + (2) floating holidays + PTO✅ Flexible schedules✅ Free breakfast daily!What You'll DoFabricate parts by wiring and assembling panels.Drill, tap, crimp, torque, and route wires and components per schematics, wiring diagrams, and UL 508-A.Verify your work and troubleshoot problems as they arise.Work independently or with a team.Train others as needed.Report nonconformances (NCR's) to area lead or supervisor as they arise.Utilize safe, quality practices and systems.Maintain a clean, organized work area. Record time for jobs. Package control panels for shipment. Cross train and learn other functions in manufacturing. What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience using hands/power toolsExperience with wire prep, wire routing, torquing, and electrical panel assembly a plus.Experience with process and quality improvement a plus.Experience reading wiring diagrams a plus. Salary: $22 - $26 per hour
