Cost Accounting Manager

They offer excellent employee resources, a collaborative environment, and exposure to leadership and global operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a global cost accounting team Develop and maintain cost standards for materials, labor, and overhead Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, inventory valuation, and internal controls Analyze manufacturing variances and recommend corrective actions Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements Partner with Operations, FP&A, and Commercial Finance on strategic initiatives RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred 7+ years in cost accounting or manufacturing finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP experience (Oracle preferred) Advanced Excel skills#INFEB2025
