Railing Assembler

This position is responsible for assembling fully-finished wood components into complete custom railings, ready for installation. Familiarity with, and ability to safely use, basic woodworking hand tools such as saws, screw guns, nail guns, and staplers is required. Must have excellent measuring skills. Must have excellent basic construction math skills, understand miters and angles, and be able to divide pieces into even sections. Must have excellent attention to detail. Must be able to work from our field dimension drawings. Must be able to regularly lift up to 60 pounds without issue. Must be able to work on your feet all day. Must complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Must enjoy and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, to “hustle”. Must have a positive “let's-get-it-done” attitude and a desire to continuously improve.
