Server/Host/Bartender

We are looking for hospitality-driven people to join our team as servers, hosts, and bartenders. This is a team-service environment where collaboration, awareness, and support for one another are essential to delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience. Servers must have hospitality, customer service, or other customer facing experience that includes successful problem solving, guest satisfaction, teamwork, and drive. In our service roles you will be responsible for guiding guests through the menu, providing thoughtful recommendations, and ensuring every aspect of service is handled with attention to detail and genuine care. Success in this role requires strong communication, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to working as part of a unified team. This position operates within a tip pooling structure, reinforcing our team-first philosophy and shared accountability for the guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service throughout the entire guest experience Work collaboratively with other servers, bartenders, and support staff in a team-service model Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, including food, wine, and beverage offerings Guide guests through wine selections with confidence and enthusiasm Use the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and service-ready dining environment Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally Qualifications: Prior restaurant serving experience strongly desired Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Prior wine knowledge or experience is a strong plus Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a cohesive team and is excited to grow their knowledge of food and wine in a supportive, high-quality environment.
