Lead Tools Support Engineer

Must have: Experience in managing licenses, creating users, and setting up projects. Micro Focus ALM/QC/Octane Administration Installation, upgrades, patch implementation, and environment design. Customization of user roles, workflows, and project entities. Cross-project customization and template development Scripting and Automation Proficiency in VB scripting and Microfocus QC/ALM OTA API. Experience with automating repetitive tasks and tool-related scripting. SQL Query Development Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and customization. Integration with Other Tools Experience integrating ALM with Micro Focus and third-party tools. Tool Configuration and Customization Ability to configure dashboards, develop custom reports, and create workflow designs. Monitoring and Maintenance Proactive monitoring of ALM environments, servers, databases, and license usage. Project Migration and Management Experience migrating projects to newer versions of ALM and maintaining ongoing usage.
