Colorectal Surgeon Erie, PAA full-time opportunity is available for a Colorectal Surgeon to join an established and collaborative surgical practice focused on treating conditions of the small bowel, colon, and rectum. This role involves providing comprehensive care for both benign and malignant conditions using a variety of techniques, including traditional, laparoscopic, robotic-assisted, and endoscopic procedures. The position offers a supportive team environment with experienced physicians, physician assistants, and clinical staff, along with access to advanced surgical technology and resources.Full-time positionCall schedule: Shared equally, not exceeding 1:3 rotationDiagnose and treat a wide range of colorectal conditions, including both benign and malignant diseasesPerform surgical procedures utilizing open, laparoscopic, robotic, and endoscopic techniquesProvide pre-operative, operative, and post-operative patient careParticipate in an equitable call rotation scheduleCollaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and multidisciplinary care teamsMaintain accurate and timely patient documentationContribute to a high-quality, patient-centered care environmentSupport practice growth through patient engagement and referral relationshipsMD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an accredited General Surgery Residency ProgramCompletion of an accredited Colorectal Surgery Fellowship ProgramBoard Eligible or Board Certified in Colorectal SurgeryAbility to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licenseDEA certification
