PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Skip A Beet Physical Therapy & Wellness is a growing outpatient clinic in Katy, TX, dedicated to personalized, one-on-one care that helps patients thrive, not just heal. We blend traditional physical therapy with innovative wellness services, creating a unique patient experience that feels intentional, holistic, and empowering.We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team, primarily on Saturdays with opportunities for occasional additional coverage as needed. This role is perfect for a motivated PTA who wants flexibility while working in a supportive, boutique-style clinic environment.Responsibilities: • Provide skilled physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. • Deliver individualized, one-on-one care focusing on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. • Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in EMR. • Assist in fostering a welcoming, patient-centered environment.Qualifications: • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas. • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong interest in ortho/manual therapy). • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients. • Team player who values holistic, hands-on care.Schedule & Compensation: • PRN role, with majority of shifts on Saturdays. • Occasional weekday coverage may be available. • Hourly Rate: $30–$35, commensurate with experience.If you’re a PTA who believes in quality over quantity and wants to be part of a forward-thinking, patient-first practice, we’d love to hear from you.
