What’s In It For You Medical Dental 401(k) Paid time off Work/life balance Career development Mentorship opportunities Rewards & recognition Basic Qualifications Must be a US Citizen Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline Experience in systems engineering development and/or decomposition and application of processes and tools Desired Skills Experience with hardware/software development and integration, or mechanical systems/air vehicle systems Experience with languages such as C/C++, Python, MATLAB Knowledge of DOORS, JIRA, CATIA, or Dimension SPAR database development and management, or similar programming Good understanding of test design and test planning Experience using quantitative models, risk management techniques, and analytical tools Supplier Management experience Understanding of the general principles and artifacts associated with Model‑Based Systems Engineering, including the use of models which depict and define products in the planning and execution of development projects Experience leading systems engineering activities and processes (lifecycle management) Knowledge of Agile methodology Experience briefing and interfacing with senior executives and senior military personnel Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical thinking, and physical science/engineering problem‑solving skills Experience deriving system requirements from customer documents and/or developing Statements of Work Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance and you must be a US Citizen. Clearance Level: Secret. Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: The annual base salary range in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC is $128,400 – $226,435. For other states the range will reflect the candidate’s final work location. This figure is a general guideline only.
