Logistics Manager

Sofidel America is currently seeking a Logistics Manager to join our team. We are looking for a local candidate interested in a long-term opportunity with room for professional growth. This position plays a vital role in overseeing logistics and warehouse operations at the plant level and ensuring a high level of service. Job Responsibilities: Manage the flow of materials from storage through production to customer delivery while optimizing costs and ensuring service requirements are achieved. Oversee warehouse operations and ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures. Implement cost optimization strategies for internal and external warehouses. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to strengthening logistics systems, efficiency, and planning at the plant level. Ensure company policies and processes are consistently applied. Coordinate key performance indicators related to inventory management, pallet control, and shipment performance. Manage warehouse efficiency including personnel, inventory, equipment, loading and unloading activities, material handling, and packaging. Promote a strong safety culture and support the motivation, development, and professional growth of warehouse staff. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or business. Minimum five years of experience in internal logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex operations and drive results.
