Business Process Analyst

Solu is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst (Remote) to support process improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving quality outcomes.Responsibilities:Interview process subject matter experts (SMEs) and process owners to understand how their processes work.Listen to needs of the business partner and consider those needs by asking probing questions until the real need is surfaced and understood.Document information elicited using analytical tools and techniques such as spreadsheets, pareto charts and process maps.Read and interpret process data and/or design measurement systems where they do not exist.Identify and document opportunities for process automation (e.g. robotics); develop business case.Combine an understanding of project objectives with thorough process and data analysis to identify meaningful and actionable solutions.Develop business case and project benefits for discussion with the business.Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the Bank brand.Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.Complete other related duties as assigned.This position supports projects under higher level Process Improvement personnel.Qualifications:Experience as a Process Analyst or in Process Improvement rolesStrong skills in process and systems mapping and workflow documentationExperience with process diagramming software such as Microsoft Visio and MiroStrong ability to analyze data and present insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
