Sales Onboarding & Recruiting Coordinator

Job OverviewWe are looking for a driven and organized Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join our team and help grow our sales organization.In this role, you will be responsible for managing our hiring pipeline, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring new hires are successfully onboarded and ready to start in the field.This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and manage multiple priorities will directly impact company growth.Duties: Recruiting & Candidate ManagementManage incoming applicants and respond quickly via call and textSchedule and confirm interviews with strong follow-upConduct first-round candidate screeningsProactively identify and reach out to potential candidates through external channelsMaintain and update job postings across platforms (Indeed, etc.)Track and Report candidates and new hires through each stage of the hiring processOnboarding & Hiring SupportGuide candidates from offer to first day in the fieldEnsure all onboarding documents and systems are completedSupport training logistics and onboarding coordinationOperations & Team SupportMaintain internal tools and systems (Connecteam, tracking sheets, etc.)Assist with rep communication and basic support needsKeep hiring and onboarding processes organized and up to dateOffice & Administrative SupportMaintain office organization and suppliesSupport weekly meetings and internal communicationAssist with general operational tasks as neededWhat Success Looks LikeHigh volume of candidates contacted dailyInterviews consistently scheduled and confirmedStrong interview show ratesNew hires successfully onboarded and starting in the fieldQualificationsStrong communication skills (phone, text, and in-person)Highly organized and detail-orientedAbility to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workflowStrong follow-up and persistenceComfortable managing multiple tasks at oncePreferred:Experience in recruiting, hiring, or administrative coordinationFamiliarity with CRM or workflow toolsCompensation & BenefitsPay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)Health Insurance401KPaid Time OffWork LocationIn-person (Lexington, KY)Benefits401(k)Health insurancePaid time offWork Location: In person
