About CrossroadsCrossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church. Our sites are currently located in Ohio and Kentucky, with plans to expand to additional cities. We’re not there yet, but it’s what we’re working toward with every hire and every person who walks through our doors.Job SummaryThe Reach Marketing Producer plays a critical role in executing and optimizing social media and advertising efforts. This role blends data analysis, project management, and team coordination to ensure campaigns are effective, organized, and aligned with broader marketing goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with a strong ability to translate insights into actionable next steps.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Production & Workflow ManagementProduce for the social media team by developing clear social recommendations based on campaign goals and performance insightsCreate and manage tasks within Asana to support content creation, publishing, and campaign executionEnsure all inbound work requests are captured, organized, and prioritized within the Social Media Asana boardAssign tasks to team members on a weekly basis, ensuring clarity of deadlines and deliverablesMaintain visibility across projects and proactively identify potential bottlenecksSocial Media & Advertising Metrics, Reporting, and InsightsTrack, analyze, and report on performance across social media and paid advertising channelsEvaluate campaign effectiveness, creative performance, and audience engagementIdentify trends and patterns to inform future strategiesLead regular retrospectives on campaigns, providing clear recommendations for optimizationTranslate data into actionable insights for the marketing and creative teamsBudget Oversight & InvoicingManage and track advertising budgets across platforms and campaignsEnsure accurate and timely invoicing for all paid media effortsMonitor spend pacing and flag discrepancies or risksPartner with finance and marketing leadership to maintain budget alignment and accountabilityTeam Communication & CoordinationKeep the reach team informed of key updates, priorities, and upcoming eventsCommunicate “need-to-know” information to ensure alignment across campaigns and initiativesServe as a central point of coordination between marketing, creative, and external partnersEducation RequirementsBachelor-level degree or equivalent college experience preferred Experience/Skills Requirements2–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital advertisingStrong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance metricsExperience managing budgets and/or invoicing processesFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar platforms)Excellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyDetail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetExperience with paid social platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok)Knowledge of social media content strategy and creative best practicesExperience working in a fast-paced or agency environmentPhysical RequirementsAble to lift 25 lbs.Scheduling/Travel RequirementsPotential travel to Crossroads sites on occasion.Expected to work outside of “normal” schedule for All Hands on Deck high-impact events (Holy Week/Easter, Super Bowl, Christmas, others as needed), participate in all-staff meetings, Day of Solitude, offsites, etc.Crossroads Staff QualitiesQualities All Staff Teammates Should ExhibitMission Oriented: Committed to the Crossroads mission and expectations in the staff “I Promise” document, including using the Bible as the ultimate standard of truth, practicing spiritual disciplines, tithing, and pursuing personal purity.Availability: Expected to work outside of “normal” schedule for All Hands on Deck high-impact events (Holy Week/Easter, Super Bowl, Christmas, others as needed), participate in all-staff meetings, day of solitude, offsites, etc.Authenticity: Communicates clearly, directly, and honestly, even under stress, and does so with a sustained positive attitude and demeanor.Personal Leadership: Envisions, energizes, and enables others to operate at full potential.Collaborative Self-starter: Thrives as an individual contributor and works well on a team.Proactive Problem Solver: Takes initiative to understand departmental objectives, adapts to changing and fluid environments, and proactively solves problems.Humility: Puts others above self and takes ownership of mistakes.
