As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support our leadership team and help keep the firm running efficiently.This is an on-site role based in San Francisco.About The RoleYou'll work closely with the leadership team to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure the firm runs smoothly.You'll be involved in everything from managing executive calendars and planning meetings to organizing events, supporting firm operations, and improving internal processes.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in making things happen behind the scenes.What you'll doManage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordinationCoordinate meetings with founders, investors, partners, and other stakeholdersPrepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action itemsCoordinate business travel, accommodations, and itinerariesSupport day-to-day firm operations and improve internal processesMaintain organized records, documents, and internal knowledge basesPrepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business materialsCoordinate team meetings, events, and offsitesCommunicate professionally with founders, investors, vendors, and external partnersHandle confidential information with discretionProvide administrative support across the investment and operations teamsWhat we're looking forYou Might Be a Great Fit If YouHave 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or a similar roleAre highly organized and detail-orientedCommunicate clearly and professionallyCan manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTake ownership and solve problems proactivelyWork well independently while supporting a small teamHandle confidential information with professionalismPreferred ExperienceExperience with some of these tools is helpful:Google WorkspaceMicrosoft OfficeSlackZoomNotionHubSpot or AffinityProject management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or LinearNice to haveExperience working at a startup, venture capital firm, private equity firm, or technology companyExperience coordinating executive travel and eventsExperience supporting multiple executivesFamiliarity with investor relations or board meeting coordinationWhy join 16VCWork directly with the leadership teamHelp build a growing venture capital firmHigh ownership and autonomySmall team with meaningful impactCompetitive salary and benefitsOpportunity to grow as the firm growsDetailsCompensation: $90,000 to $140,000 USD base salary, plus benefits.
