JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated intern with Python experience to support process improvement initiatives across our operations. This role will focus on analyzing existing workflows, developing Python-based tools or scripts, and helping automate manual or repetitive processes. The intern will work closely with engineering and operations stakeholders and gain real-world experience improving business efficiency through data and automation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze current business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies
Develop Python scripts or small applications to automate manual tasks
Assist with data collection, cleanup, analysis, and visualization
Build dashboards, reports, or tools to support decision-making
Collaborate with engineers, facilities teams, and business partners
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
A transcript is required upon application.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Working knowledge of Python
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to break down complex processes into logical steps
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Preferred majors include: Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or similar.

This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2027.
Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
