Mechanical and Electrical Component Assembler and Tester

Responsibilities:Follow standard work procedures and visual operating procedures to successfully complete assigned tasks.Participate in the assembly of products using hand tools, portable power tools, or by hand .Assist with the assembly process and testing on the production floor to meet customer needs and project timelines .Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency.Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and staff to ensure process documentation (Work Instructions, SOPs, etc.) is accurate and up to date.Qualifications:Associate's degree in engineering, engineering technology , or equivalent technical experience/certifications .3+ years of experience as a technician, including CAD design experience .2-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly in an industrial work setting .Hands-on experience working with hand tools .
