Financial Assistant
We are partnering with a leading provider of material handling and intralogistics solutions seeking a Financial Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of core finance operations. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable processes, supporting month-end close activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring the smooth operation of key financial processes.Working closely with the Financial Manager, internal teams, and external partners, the Financial Assistant will help drive accurate reporting, maintain compliance, and support the company’s continued growth through efficient and reliable financial operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONSManage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit controlProcess accounts payable, including invoices, coding, approvals, and paymentsMaintain accurate customer and vendor records and resolve discrepanciesProcess employee expense reports and reconcile credit card transactionsSupport month-end close, including reconciliations and reporting tasksPerform daily bank postings and assist with monthly reconciliationsSupport external accountants/auditors with documentation and reportingAssist with internal controls, compliance, and process improvementsProvide general finance and administrative support as neededQUALIFICATIONS1–3+ years of finance or accounting experienceExperience with AR/AP and basic bookkeepingUnderstanding of accounting principlesProficiency in Excel; ERP experience preferredDetail-oriented, structured, and reliableStrong communication skills and collaborative mindsetFor confidential consideration, please email careers@forgesc.com or apply directly.
