The Role We are hiring a Mid-Level or Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our founding engineering team. This is a core technical role. You will own major systems from architecture to production, help scale early prototypes into enterprise-grade infrastructure, and directly shape the future of the platform. You will lead by example. You will raise the engineering bar. You will help build the foundation of a category-defining company. This is not a passive role. We are looking for builders, owners, and leaders. What You Will Build Full stack systems powering AI-driven enterprise workflows Scalable backend services and APIs used by real customers Modern frontend applications using React and Next.js Document ingestion, parsing, and structured data pipelines Search, retrieval, and AI agent orchestration systems Pricing and rate intelligence infrastructure Workflow automation and multi-tenant customer workspaces Secure, production-ready integrations with AI platforms You will own systems end to end and strengthen the backbone of the product. Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle design, development, testing, and deployment Translate customer problems into scalable technical solutions Integrate large language models into real production systems Collaborate with product, design, and leadership Champion code quality, reliability, and performance Mentor junior engineers and help build a high-performance team Drive architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy Required Experience 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Proven record shipping SaaS products to production Strong frontend experience with React and Next.js Backend expertise in Python or similar languages Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems Comfortable owning features end to end Experience working in fast-moving startup environments Preferred Experience AI infrastructure or agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph Vector databases and search systems Integrating OpenAI, Claude, Vertex, or Azure AI Scaling engineering teams and production systems Experience in government, defense, or public sector software Ideal Candidate Profile You thrive in high-velocity environments.
