Summary As a Private Duty Nurse at Mercy Plus Healthcare Services, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized nursing care to our clients. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes or at our centers. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Monitor patient health status and perform assessments to ensure optimal care. Maintain accurate medical documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy. Experience in patient assessment and medical documentation is essential. Familiarity with infectious disease care is a plus.
