Senior Executive Assistant

Position Title:Executive Assistant to Chief Human Resources Officer Location:Midtown Manhattan, NY — Fully Onsite (5 days/week) Assignment Type:Ongoing contract with potential to convert to permanentRead the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.About the Role Our client, a globally recognized luxury brand within an international group of prestigious maisons, is seeking an experiencedExecutive Assistantto support theChief Human Resources Officerand their broader leadership team. This role operates in a highly visible environment supporting senior global leadership and requires a candidate who can thrive in afast-paced, high-velocity organization . The ideal candidate will bring a high level ofprofessional maturity, discretion, and strategic thinking , while managing complex executive operations and anticipating the evolving needs of a global HR organization. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer Managecomplex and constantly evolving executive calendars , proactively anticipating scheduling conflicts and shifting priorities Coordinatedomestic and international meetings , travel logistics, and executive communications Prioritize requests and makeindependent decisions regarding scheduling, logistics, and meeting coordination Support leadership with preparation for key meetings, presentations, and internal initiatives Organizational & Team Coordination Assist with planning and coordinatingteam events, leadership meetings, and internal gatherings Partner with cross-functional teams tocollect information and support broader HR initiatives Provide administrative and coordination support to members of theextended leadership team Maintain organized documentation and communication across multiple stakeholders Organizational Scope The CHRO oversees approximately50 direct and indirect reportsacross several global functions including: Global Talent Global Human Resources Global Learning & Development The role also interacts regularly withinternational stakeholders, global partners, and leaders across multiple business units , requiring comfort navigating alarge, global organizationand operating in a highly professional environment. Communication & Professional Style The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong professional maturity and emotional intelligence Apersonable, empathetic, yet direct communication style Comfort receiving direct feedback and operating in a high-expectation environment Discretion and sound judgmentwhen handling confidential information Concise communication and the ability to avoid unnecessary xywuqvp detail Confidence in decision-making and prioritization Thoughtful navigation of complex situations and shifting priorities Qualifications Experience supportingsenior executives or C-suite leadership Proven ability to managehighly complex calendaring and executive logistics Experience working inlarge or global organizations Strong strategic thinking even within an executive assistant capacity Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Office Preferred Background Experience supporting aChief Human Resources Officer or senior HR executive Experience in aglobal or multinational organization Background in luxury or premium brands is not required, but candidates must be comfortable operating in apolished corporate environment
