Maintenance Supervisor

Job DescriptionWe are partnered with a growing, well-established food & beverage manufacturer seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume production facility.This is a high-impact leadership role where you will work directly with equipment, support production uptime, and lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced, highly automated environment.This organization is experiencing strong growth, expanding operations, and offers long-term stability within a recession-resistant industry.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support a team of maintenance techniciansPerform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of production equipmentOversee preventative maintenance programsSupport production line setup, adjustments, and changeoversDrive equipment reliability, uptime, and efficiencyAssist with maintenance planning, scheduling, and improvement projectsEnsure compliance with food safety and regulatory standardsQualifications:4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food preferred)3+ years of leadership or supervisory experienceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience reading schematics (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)Exposure to packaging equipment such as slicers, thermoformers, tray sealers, or similarExperience with SQF, GMPs, or GFSI programsWelding and general facility maintenance experience preferredWhat You'll Get:Competitive compensation (up to ~$125K + bonus)Stable, recession-resistant industryGrowth and advancement opportunitiesHands-on leadership role with real impactFor immediate (confidential) consideration, email your resume direct to hillary.cooley@gogpac.com
