Senior Systems Dev Engineer, Compass

Overview You will own and evolve the testing ecosystem for a next‑generation robot safety platform. You’ll bridge lab hardware with software development cycles to accelerate safe autonomy at scale. In this role you’ll build the Compass lab, design benchmarking and performance suites, and ensure real‑time, resource‑constrained validation across robot platforms. You’ll collaborate with algorithm teams to set pass/fail criteria and drive rapid, reliable maturation of safety tech.
