This role partners with security teams to implement controls, monitor systems, remediate vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance.ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain security controls across infrastructureMonitor systems for threats, vulnerabilities, and performance issuesSupport incident response and remediation effortsManage vulnerability patching and risk mitigationMaintain secure environments in AWS and AzureCollaborate with teams supporting Salesforce, Zuora, ServiceMax, FinancialForceSupport integrations via MuleSoft and BoomiManage security tools (Bitdefender, Huntress) and tickets in FreshserviceHelp secure web/e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, WordPress) and analytics tools Qualifications2-5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems, or securityExperience with AWS and/or AzureKnowledge of networking, systems, and security fundamentalsExperience with vulnerability management or endpoint security tools Nice to HaveSalesforce or SaaS ecosystem experienceFamiliarity with MuleSoft, BoomiKnowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS)Relevant certifications (Security+, AWS/Azure Security)
